An absolutely charming terraced cottage which has a great deal of character. The front door leads immediately into the dining hall which has a wonderful cosy feel, and then into the sitting room which again is full of character and has an open fireplace and exposed timber beams. The kitchen is thoughtfully fitted although compact, and has a door out to the rear garden. There is a downstairs bathroom whilst the upstairs offers two bedrooms, the master bedroom having fitted cupboards.
Located in the popular area of Speen on the northern edge of Newbury and within walking distance of the town and amenities.
