About this branch

The Area

With a population of around 21,000, Caterham is a small town in Surrey. It's located south of Croydon and it's no surprise that Caterham is extremely popular with commuters looking for easy, fast access to central London. If you don't fancy stumping up the cash to secure central London lettings, why not explore the possibility of settling in Caterham instead? It's a fantastic town that has all the amenities you'd expect including a modern shopping centre and high street.

Trains operate directly between Caterham railway station and London Victoria, as well as London Bridge Station. There is also a selection of bus routes that operate from Caterham into central London. Roads running nearby to Caterham include the M23 and M25 along with the A22 and A25.

Caterham is split down the middle, on one side there's Caterham on the Hill, on the other, there's Caterham Valley. Running straight down the middle is Caterham high street. The modern high street features a large number of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Bletchingley Castle and Titsey Place are prominent examples of historic local architecture - there are also four football teams located in the Caterham area.

Properties Available

Properties in Caterham range from converted and restored Victorian buildings through to modern apartment buildings. There's a large range of choice for people looking to move into the area, making it ideal for single movers and large families alike.
