Branch History

The Kingston and Surbiton office has been at its present location for five years. In this time it has seen great success in the markets of both Kingston and Surbiton. Located on Kingston High Street backing directly onto the River Thames, the office has a lovely relaxed Riverside feel whilst being close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

Getting Here

We’re located at 40, High Street, directly opposite Jamie’s Italian. If coming by car, the closest parking is located at The Rose Car Park, situated on The Bittoms, KT1 1EU. By train, Kingston train station (with direct links to London Waterloo – 31 minutes) is approximately a 15 minute walk from the branch. Kingston is served by many bus routes with the main bus station located outside the station.

The Area

Kingston upon Thames - often referred to simply as Kingston, is a town on the River Thames. It lies south west of central London and forms a part of the Greater London area. Kingston has a wealth of local amenities and a thriving local economy. That said, a lot of the residents in Kingston tend to commute to central London for work.

Kingston is renowned for its excellent schools and this is a large factor which draws many families to the area. Within a couple of miles radius there are many sought after state and private schools that have variable catchment areas around the area. It also has a great hospital, transport infrastructure and shopping center! Kingston has strong transport links boasting short commute times to London, just another of the many reasons why it's so popular with commuters.

In Kingston you'll find plenty to do and see as you'd expect with any town so close to central London. It plays host to a theatre, a library and also a Crown Court. It’s not just a part of Greater London - a smaller sibling of the larger London area; it's a fantastic place to reside in its own right.

Kingston has a reputation for being trendy and current - there are lots of local pubs and clubs for residents to enjoy. Kingston is also home to many popular, exclusive restaurants - there are also plenty of cafes and a lot of shops lining the high street.
