Branch History

Hamptons International acquired the existing Humphreys Skitt & Co agency in June 2014. This acquisition, along with our neighbouring Greenwich office, allowed the Hamptons International network to build the link between other local offices including Canary Wharf and Dulwich. The majority of the Humphreys Skitt & Co team were retained and bolstered by experienced sales and lettings team members. Since the acquisition, the Hamptons International brand has enjoyed success and significantly raised the profile of this office.

Getting Here

Blackheath is well served for transport by road and rail. Blackheath Train Station, in the centre of the village, has regular services into Lewisham (for DLR), London Bridge, Cannon Street, London Victoria and Charing Cross. By road, the Blackwall Tunnel provides easy access through to Canary Wharf and The City or the A2 in the other direction will take you directly into Kent.

Parking

Parking is relatively easy in Blackheath with ‘pay and display’ spaces all around the village. Alternatively, the station and library car parks are both close by.
