The sales and lettings teams at our Haywards Heath estate agency are central to this thriving town and active members of the local community. The office is situated on The Broadway, in the heart of the town. Our sales team has a wealth of experience and from initial enquiries to completion, the team will be available to guide you every step of the way, while the lettings team has over 35 years’ combined experience, not only working within the Sussex market, but Surrey and beyond. The area we cover includes a wide range of property types and styles, ranging from modern homes in the town to period cottages to more substantial country homes.

Sebastian Stanford-Smith

Sebastian began his career working as a land and building surveyor covering London and a majority of the south east of England. He started in estate agency in 2002 and managed Hamptons Windsor, covering Berkshire and Surrey, becoming the market leader in our area of expertise. He has also worked throughout Sussex and Kent culminating in 19 years industry experience working across all price ranges from cottages to country estates and everything in between. His primary focus is customer service tailored for each individuals’ needs and professional advice to assist achieve his clients’ goals. Sebastian currently lives in Haywards Heath town centre having grown up in the area attending Warden Park and then Haywards Heath College. He has a long family history and tie to the surrounding areas so appreciates everything Sussex has to offer. When not at work he enjoys socialising and the surrounding countryside with his family and Sprocker ‘Monty’.

Victoria Winterson

Victoria Winterson is Head of Lettings at our Haywards Heath office. Victoria has been with Hamptons for 10 years and is dedicated to exceptional customer service and achieving successes through establishing strong working relationships via consistent and significant communications. Victoria is ably assisted by our Assistant Manager, a Negotiator and an Administrator.
