Homes to be away from it all

Whilst we all continue to self-isolate and work from home, it’s no surprise our minds have wandered to which properties we might prefer to be secluded away in. We asked some of our colleagues to consider where they’d like to while away some time. Perhaps they’d like an extra playroom or bigger garden for the children, some may like a bigger kitchen for culinary experimentation or maybe they’re looking for a room with a view for when working from home.

“I would love to self-isolate here, a hidden wine room, indoor pool, amazing views, outdoor bar-b-q area, masses of space and lots of opportunities to work from home, without being on top of the family. James Bond eat your heart out!” Joanna Cocking Head of Prime and Country House

“This cottage in the Cotswolds would be perfect for me and my family to self-isolate. With the suntrap courtyard garden for the sunnier spring days, and the cosy lounge with the fire for our family movie nights.” Fiona Stewart, Head of Marketing

“The Wickham would have to be where I would choose to self-isolate, it is a beautiful home and has an amazing garden with a swimming pool. A great place to unwind after a busy day working from home”. Kathy Carter Senior Manager, Weybridge and Walton on Thames.

8 bedroom detached house

“For me it would have to be Stanley House in Chelsea, it has an acre of land to enjoy, big enough to have your own running track, and to warm down there’s even a spa, what more could you need?” Andrew Phillips Global Director, Hamptons Wealth Partnership.
