Hamptons is delighted to announce the introduction of a brand new feature for Landlords to coincide with the recent implementation of the Tenant Fees Act.

With pressure on Landlords’ finances increasing, there has never been a more important time to work with an agent who understands how to help alleviate the burden. So, not only has Hamptons chosen not to increase our rates of commission following the implementation of the Tenant Fees Act, we’ve introduced something new too.

Avoid the Void is a new initiative which demonstrates our commitment to sharing the impact of this industry-changing legislation with our Landlord clients. We fully appreciate how costly gaps between tenancies can be, but we’re so confident in our Letting services that if one of our Landlords’ properties is unintentionally vacant for more than five working days between (long term) tenancies we will credit our lettings service commission for any further void against the next tenancy with us. Simple.

Once we’ve found the right tenant, our Landlords and Tenants enjoy access to their own online Tenancy portal. Documentation can be digitally signed and stored, statements can be viewed anytime from anywhere and the entire process of administering and maintaining a tenancy is coordinated effortlessly and transparently. We also recognise that happy tenants stay longer, so our dedicated teams of property managers, client accounting managers and tenancy renewal specialists take pride in delivering a friendly, professional service to help maintain longer tenancy lengths.
