We were contacted via Hamptons/Interior Solutions website, the client was looking to move agent and refurbish the property.

The brief was to modernise the exterior and interior spaces whilst retaining a budget, as they were unsure if they would re let or sale. The Interior Solutions team appointed a contractor and developed the design/ fittings scheme, overseeing all until completion. The client was delighted with the finish and decided to market the property for sale, at which point we recommended the interior was furnished and styled.

The Tower Bridge sales team took over and secured a sale immediately.
