We used Hamptons International to market our now old home and to purchase our now new home. The Great Missenden team provided us with a first class service for both sale and purchase. Communication was always prompt and informative, right from market appraisal of our old home through to completion on our new home. The entire process was handled professionally and Hamptons really did go beyond our expectations. Whilst the whole team was great, we would like to identify two individuals who provided an excellent service. Andrew, who handled our purchase; and Max who handled our sale. They were both knowledgeable, pleasant and went beyond what they needed to do. To describe them as professional would be a disservice: they put an awful lot of effort in and managed the sale/purchase process superbly. They both helped out even after 'office hours' and even whilst on leave. They were VERY efficient. From putting our old home on the market at the end of September it took them just 3 months to secure a buyer, and to secure us the property of our dreams. We completed and moved in before Christmas of the same year. This would not have happened without Andrew and Max performing so well. So guys, a massive thank you from us both! Steven and Laura.

Too much dialogue with Buyer direct instead of allowing the Solicitors to deal with questions...this held up proceedings in my view. Dialogue got misinterpreted. I was told things by the Estate Agent but nothing was received by my solicitor therefore added more stress to me as the seller.

Paul Taggart went above and beyond what would be a normal level of customer service. I felt that he had my best interests at heart and was approachable, professional and helpful at all times. The team at Canary Wharf Hamptons were all marvellous. They were polite and thorough throughout and a delight to deal with. Alex in particular handled some tricky times close to exchange with skill and patience.
