Hamptons International wins Gold at the 2012 Estate Agency of the Year Awards
Hamptons International received the definitive property industry
accolade last week by receiving Gold in the Best Large Agency
category at the 2012 Estate Agency of the Year Awards in
association with The Sunday Times and The Times, held at The
Lancaster London Hotel on Thursday 6 December.
The event is recognised as one of the most important events in the
property industry calendar, with the winners presented with their
awards by Olympic swimmer and World 800 metre champion, Rebecca
Adlington.
The Gold recognition for Best Large Agency comes during a year in
which Hamptons International has expanded strongly, opening seven
new branches across London and the South, and driven new marketing
innovation including the use of iPad's across its network and the
launch of its corporate Facebook page.
Marc Goldberg, Head of Sales at Hamptons International, commented:
"We are absolutely thrilled to take home Gold for the Best Large
Agency at the prestigious Estate Agency of the Year Awards. This
award is a true industry accolade and we are extremely proud to
receive it. We have continued to remain committed to delivering our
customers an outstanding service and to extending our footprint and
services to directly meet client demand.
In a crowded market an award of this calibre helps us to stand out
from the competition and we're thrilled that our business has been
recognized as one of the best in the UK. These awards also
recognize the hard work carried out by all our staff and
colleagues. It is them that make Hamptons International an award
winning business and this Gold is a true testament to their
dedication."
In the Best Large Agency category, the Judges' Report noted that
Hamptons International had "built on the success of previous
years," with "the team demonstrating an understanding of how to
marry up use of technology with customer service and how to best
use this approach for the good of the business."
