Hamptons International gives Londoners a flavour of the best properties to buy in the Country

On 20th March, Hamptons International will host its Town and Country Exhibition at the prestigious Queen's Club in London.

The Hamptons International Town and Country Exhibition, which is held twice a year, provides the opportunity for individuals selling or letting their property in the country to profile them to London buyers and tenants, as well as providing the latter with expert advice on relocating to the country.  Londoners can get a flavour for the country without having to take the time from their busy schedules to leave central London.

From rambling country houses and chocolate-box cottages to elegant townhouses and renovation projects, the Town and Country Exhibition will also give attendees a preview of some of the latest properties on the market from across Hamptons International's network before they are taken to the wider market.

Throughout the course of the afternoon, experts from across the Hamptons International network, including leading country estate agents from areas such as Bath, Cheltenham, Brighton and the Home Counties will be on hand to provide advice and assistance.  Property-related advisors such as mortgage specialists will also be available to provide the latest financial advice and assistance.

Marc Goldberg, head of sales at Hamptons International commented: "The Town and Country Exhibition is a fantastic way to expose properties on our books to the thriving London market and maximise our chances of achieving a successful sale at the best price for our vendors.

"It also provides Londoners with a one-stop event for advice and assistance on moving to the country, as well as a range of properties. In our eighth year of Town and Country Exhibitions, the new venue, The Queen's Club, may well be the perfect setting for visitors to find a home fit for a King."

The Hamptons International Town and Country Property Show will be held at The Queen's Club, London on 20th March 16.00-19.00.

Admission is free. Light refreshments will be provided.
