Hamptons’ Land & New Homes Team is actively involved in the marketing of many of the finest residential developments within our area of operation.

The department is also responsible for the identification, sourcing and marketing of residential development opportunities, and currently covers the South of England from Bristol to the Thames Gateway. There are regional offices located in Central London, Esher, Maidenhead and Winchester.

Acting on behalf of leading international, national and local developers, the Land & New Homes Team prides itself on delivering an excellent service and have a proven track record in delivering New Homes developments across London and the South East, including several landmark projects which have over recent years set the standard for urban regeneration and mixed-use sites.

The rejuvenation of the Highbury site, the prestigious St Pancras Chambers project and the impressive redesign of the Paddington Basin site are only some examples of projects we have actively been involved with.

Regenerating Arsenal

The project involved four development schemes of 2,100 units around a run down area of Islington. We took the project to the far east where it sold more than 100 apartments in a weekend. Today, the Brownfield site has become one of the highest profile regeneration projects in North London with a GDV of over £1 Billion.

We were asked to get involved in this landmark building by The Manhattan Loft Corporation. The stringent restrictions from English Heritage made the apartments difficult to plan within the context of the overall building. After significant involvement in a consultancy role we were appointed as sole agents.
