Green Tree Badge supported by Hamptons

We at Hamptons are delighted to be official supporters of Green Tree Badge. Green Tree Badge is a landmark nature-based campaign for children to actively learn more about the amazing world of trees and has been co-founded by The Royal Forestry Society, and Bags of Ethics.

Royal Forestry Society is the leading forestry education charity. Bags of Ethics is an award-winning sustainable brand whose mission is to reduce single-use plastic and has led many campaigns promoting reusable products with a purpose for people and the planet.

The Green Tree Badge aims to help children, schools, and families, learn more about the world of trees and forestry. The perfect portal to understanding our wider natural environment and our important co-existence with it. Green Tree Badge aims to work with 1 million children, from all backgrounds, across the country - parents, carers, schools, community groups, companies, after-school clubs, uniformed groups and others.

How does the Green Tree Badge work?

The Green Tree Badge is a challenge that can be done all year round by any child across the country.
All Hamptons employees and partnered schools with our 90-branch network are eligible to register their families for the Green Tree Badge.

Participants have to:
  • Purchase their Activity Passbook
  • Register on the Tree Portal via bagsofethics.org/greentreebadge
  • Do activities from the four themes; growing tall, shelter, food, trees & me
  • Once two activities from each theme are completed, children are entitled to get a Green Tree Badge!
  • For children to want to go further, there is a Gold Green Tree Badge award, in which there are celebration events across the country for
