Hamptons first opened in Richmond in 1988 and remains one of the most prolific and recognised agencies in the area. Our Richmond office is one of the area's longest established estate agents. Several historic landmark sales have been handled by Hamptons including in 1969 the sale of Douglas House, Petersham to the Federal Republic of Germany for the creation of the now-famous German School London. The office offers homes for sale and to rent all over Richmond and the surrounding areas of Petersham, Kew, East Twickenham, St Margarets, and Ham. There are both sales and lettings teams based at the office, which covers a vast range of property types including Prime.
We can provide advice regarding all aspects of the marketing, selling and letting processes, and arrange contacts for mortgages, surveying and international properties for sale.
