Our Corporate and Relocation Services team will help your staff relocate and settle into their new home and surroundings, whether they are staying for a few weeks or a few years. 

We offer a free home finding service which is managed by a dedicated Account Manager and always tailored to the specific requirements of the company and the individual.

In any busy working environment, it can sometimes be incredibly difficult to co-ordinate the moving of staff from one location to another.

Based in our head office in Mayfair, our Corporate Services department is a free of charge service to our corporate clients, with the ability to provide specialist knowledge across the whole of the residential property market in the UK and overseas. From sourcing a short let property to finding the ideal country home, we have the experts available to help you.

Relocation of Employees

Once the decision is made to relocate your staff, we are there to provide advice and assistance. Moving staff requires detailed planning and co-ordination, with each employee having specific demands that need to be considered. We will structure a relocation plan around your timescale and ensure staff are moved and ready to work in their new location when you need them to be.

Whether it is for one person or hundreds, we have the flexibility to adjust to precisely what you need.

This service can include conducting one-to-one meetings with all staff, presentations to staff about the area they are moving to, co-ordination of visits to the area and the viewing of potential properties to let or purchase. We are also able to arrange short term lets and relocations overseas.

New Starters and Graduates

By assisting new employees, which may include staff starting their working career straight from university, we can enhance your company’s credibility and reinforce the value you place on your staff’s welfare.

Regardless of whether your new starter is the CEO or the office junior, we will provide a tailored service. An account manager will be appointed to liaise with all of our offices to find the ideal property and the location which best suits your employee’s needs.

Short Term Lets

If you have an employee who needs to work in another location for under six months, a standard rental property will not be suitable. Providing hotel accommodation will prove expensive, so a cost effective option could be a short term rental. Normally furnished and inclusive of bills, a short term let is a great option to consider and we have a number of options readily available.

Employee Benefits Scheme

We are more than happy for you to promote our relationship as a benefit to your staff. This could simply be providing our range of services, through to offering discounted commission rates for selling or renting out their property. Furthermore, we have other property related services that could save your employees money, such as our association with an independent financial brokerage and our general insurance proposition.

Diplomat Services

The Corporate and Relocation Services team are very active in the diplomatic community and frequently attend embassy events to provide guidance and expertise to diplomats and embassy staff responsible for relocating employees.

We understand the unique requirements of different embassies and will ensure our service is tailored to your requirements to make the relocation process as smooth and easy as possible.
