With its crystal clear images and interactive features the Hamptons International app for iPad, the first of its kind from an estate agency, will offer property hunters an all new user experience as they browse properties using the enhanced functionality of the ground-breaking iPad.

Hamptons International was the first UK residential estate agent to launch an app for the iPhone in January 2010, the take-up for which has exceeded expectations, highlighting the fact consumers are embracing new technology to begin their search and the changing face of the property sector.

As well as offering market-leading solutions to its clients to market their properties, Hamptons International also plans to pilot the use of the iPad across its branch network. The pilot scheme has been designed to test the benefits of using the iPad to communicate more effectively with customers as well as exploring its environmental benefits.
