Korn/Ferry Opera Holland Park was launched in 1996 and for the last 10 years has been committed to bringing some of the finest opera to the UK. In fact, it has been famed for introducing opera to new and diverse audiences over the years and enchanting all with its adventurous programme of well-loved and undiscovered operas. To date, these have ranged from Macbeth to Madame Butterfly, and 2007 promises to be another wonderful season.
The programme runs from June to August 2007 and includes performances that will appeal to operaphiles and newcomers alike – from the quintessential comic opera of ll Barbiere di Siviglia to Verdi’s timeless masterpiece La Traviata.
Opera Holland Park has grown in popularity year on year and this looks set to continue as the new season starts and more world-class entertainment is delivered to the Capital. This years’ season also sees a beautiful new building, seating structure and extended picnic areas to enjoy the British summer weather
