The Barriers to Institutional Investment in Private Rented Homes

Attracting institutional investment into the UK private rented sector has been an objective of the UK Government for some time. There have been a number of initiatives aimed at achieving this outcome. Despite these efforts, there has been only minimal growth with volume of investment at-scale dominated by individual Buy to Let investors.
