Hamptons wins at the 2011 Estate Agency of the Year Awards


Hamptons International received the ultimate industry accolade last week by being crowned as the Silver winner in the Best Large Agency, Best for Innovation, Best for Marketing and Best for New Homes categories, as well as being shortlisted in the Best for Customer Service category at the 2011 Estate Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times and The Times, held at the Lancaster London Hotel on Thursday 8 December.

The event is recognised as one of the most important event in the industry calendar and attracted agents from across the country.  It was once again supported by The Sunday Times and The Times, with the winners presented with their awards by TV presenter and adventurer, Ben Fogle.

Hamptons International was delighted to pick up four of the prestigious awards.  Marc Goldberg, Head of Sales at Hamptons International, commented: “We are absolutely thrilled to take home four awards at the prestigious Estate Agency of the Year Awards.  These awards provide some well deserved recognition for our staff and colleagues who work hard on a daily basis to go beyond the expectations of our clients.”

In the Best Large Agency category, the Judges’ Report commended Hamptons International as being “a ‘joined up’ company…(which) does not just talk about a network but acts on it; it wins customers over for life and beds down the relationship through customer service and innovation.  Impressive.”

In the Best for Innovation category, the Judges’ Report praised Hamptons International as “perpetually successful in this category” and added “it is a pleasure to see this agency continue to innovate and challenge industry norms in a bid to increase its service offering.”
