What To Expect
The Hamptons Academy is a unique introduction in to the world of Residential Sales & Lettings. Successful applicants will be offered an exclusive 6 month paid training contract in one of our specialist Academy offices, receiving focused training and development. Some examples of these are:
• An award-winning bespoke academy training programme
• A senior, dedicated mentor – to offer their insights and experience
• 1-2-1 coaching – with the Academy Manager, who has been handpicked as a result of being one of the best in the business
• Travel between the various offices within the Hamptons International network
A permanent position within our growing network of offices will then be available for the successful applicant once the training is complete. Further, the pace and direction of the acadamite’s career within Hamptons is placed firmly in their hands. Around the clock access to our award winning training and development programmes, and our internal career pathways will also be available.
