The average length of service here is 5 years, some of our people have been with us for the entirety of their careers.
We work hard together and we celebrate the results we achieve together, there is a real feeling of inclusion across the business. This culture is instilled from the top down: our Senior Management team personally meet every new joiner in the business, attend regional meetings on a regular basis, where they liaise with all staff from Manager to Administrator. They are also instrumental in encouraging and gathering feedback from people right across the organisation. If you have an idea, they want hear it.
