On entering the courtyard there are two open bay parking spaces with accommodation over comprising two good rooms which could be utilised either as home office space or could potentially be developed into ancillary accommodation (subject to necessary consents).
A pathway leads from the parking area to the imposing entrance of the house with a small lawned area on each side denoted by low box hedging.
The rear garden is quite simply a delight. French doors from the sitting room, kitchen and family room all lead out to an expansive terrace, ideal for entertaining, with landscaped well stocked flower beds and two ponds adjacent to the terrace. The garden is an excellent size, mainly laid to lawn and flanked with mature shrubbery. The end of the garden is fenced, but has an open aspect from which to enjoy the stunning and far reaching views over farmland to the rear. There is also a good sized garden store.
