Prime & Country House

The Prime & Country House Department specialises in the sale of Prime & Country properties in the Home Counties and throughout the South and South East of England.  Our portfolio includes period farmhouses, bespoke new-build properties, prime houses, village properties and landed country estates.

We are supported by our network of more than 47 local offices, prominently located on the high streets of the principal towns across our network, enabling us to operate throughout the Home Counties and beyond to Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Warwickshire.

We have over 35 offices in London and they provide a constant flow of buyers and sellers due to the numbers of families migrating out of the capital in search of more space, country leisure pursuits and access to highly regarded schools in the regions.

The M4, M40, M3, M20 and M23 represent unrivalled commuter links to central London and connect with the M25, facilitating access to Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports. A large proportion of our significant stock is situated no more than an hour away from London by train and this will be further enhanced when Crossrail is completed.

The team that forms Prime & Country House is led by Joanna Cocking and offers a bespoke and personalised approach to the marketing and sale of the very best houses and estates in the UK.  Led from our London head office on Oxford Street, our team of 13 regional specialists work together and provide expert knowledge, advice and a bespoke service for Prime and Country House property.

Do contact us to discuss your requirements in detail and to find out more about our portfolio of properties, many of which are not publically advertised but offered for sale on a confidential basis.
