Case study: Short let, Esher

The clients were selling their property through our Esher Sales office and there were some unexpected delays in the chain with their onward purchase. 

The client's chain had broken, and they were unable to move into their new home, therefore the Esher sales team spoke with their lettings counterpart and contacted our Short Lets team to introduce them to the client.

Our Short Lets team then arranged for the client to become a short let tenant in the owner's property as it was vacant. Our client and the seller were happy as it avoided inconveniences whilst generating an instant income for the homeowner while the purchase was completed.
