Shopping and Amenities

Guildford Cathedral which is located near the University of Surrey also has a lot to offer visitors, with guided tours and a cafeteria.

Green Space

If you’re in need of open space, there are some great parks on offer including Stoke Park which is a large area of Parkland on the edge of the town which was donated by the Lord Onslow in 1925 with the express wish that “it remains the lung of the town”. There is also a Wild Wood Adventure located in the park which is great for families as it offers treetop rope courses and zip lines for children and adults.   There is also the impressive Newlands Park which is located to the East of Guildford and is a 103 hectare nature reserve and offers stunning views and incredible walks for all of the family to enjoy. There are also pretty country walks nearby at Pewley Downs and along the River Wey.

What does our local Hamptons community think

Tia my property manager 51 Edison House, Godalming has worked tirelessly all week and in difficult circumstances to ensure my new tenants would have a smooth move in to 51 Edison House. There were several obstacles put in her way to say the least, but she patiently and competently solved all the problems and has left my new tenants feeling happy and welcome Eileen Simonds ( property owner)
