Our Development, Investment, Land & New Homes division is proud to have been involved
not only with the sales of some of the country's most recognisable landmarks, but
have also acted as consultants from the initial planning process of many of these
projects. We currently cover the South of England from Bristol to the Thames Gateway
as well as the North of England from our office in Manchester.
Sales
We have dedicated sales teams based in our regional offices who are able to advise
on both individual and bulk purchases on a range of developments. So whether you
are buying for yourself, or looking to purchase a property as an investment, we
will be able to give you the best advice available. Many of our developments also
have a committed on-site sales team.
Development Consultancy
This service is aimed at the developer. It provides them with independent advice
on the progression of their scheme, from the purchase of the land or building, through
to the sales and marketing strategy. Our experienced team will identify both key
development opportunities, and joint venture partnerships.
